Nathan Cleverly got smashed by the Russian and is now talking about retirement (good),
and then Darren Barker beat down the Aussie in an emotional points win, and then
Ricky Burns skanked his way to a points win with day light robbery. The ugly
side face of boxing reared its head again.

Winners: Speaking of ugly….many of you backed cleverly, and a few of you backed the Aussie to beat Dazzling Darren Barker - unlucky there! When the dust settled Rudds, Madmax and Marie came up biggest of the bigtime, with accurate predictions of the Burns and Barker fights (where the Gardner ruling was in full effect). Well done! BLT still holds the lead though, breaking the 200 points mark. We’re now into the final third of the season where the big fights roll in….we’ll see if he can hold on to become the first ever 2-time BTB champ.

have a double header, including the biggest fight of the century: Floyd
Mayweather (44-0) v Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez (42-0--1) for Canelo’s
Light Middleweight belts and Mayweather’s Super Welterweight belt. We also have Danny Garcia (26-0) v Lucas
Matthysse (34-2) for Garcia’s Light Welterweight belts.
Rudi Lorrai says: The main event is too mouth-watering. Canelo’s
strength and youth v Mayweather’s speed and experience. Eventually Floyd will
get stopped and Canelo is the best out there and probably the one to do it. But
not tonight. Pretty Boy Floyd Joy Money Mayweather is the greatest of our time!
I’ve been saying it. Money May KO in the 12th. The
Garcia-Matthysse fight will probably have more fireworks. Matthysse doesn’t mess
around, but somehow I’m going with Danny Swift in the 6th.
