Next Biiigtime fight: Is this Saturday (tomorrow!). Sugar Shane Mosely takes on Sergio the Latin snake Mora. This one has swung below the radar with all the serious British boxing going on. However gums have flapped, it's on Mexican Independence Day weekend, and Sugar Shane is the Mexicutor! Mosley is a hall-of-famer. He was once pound-4pound and he's beat up Dela Hoya, Vargas, Mayorga, Margarito and taken Cotto the distance. Mosely has says he wants nothing more than to set the record straight after the embarrassing loss to Floyd in May. He's 39 years old tho and let me tell you...the juices don't flow like they used to when you reach 39. Sergio Mora was the winner of the original Contender series and he's taken his time to get to the top of the division. That's a good thing cos some of the other contenders came up quick, got hyped up quick, and got knocked the f@*! out quick!! Sergio's beat up the guy who beat up Mosely (Vernon Forrest) and Sergio says he wants to go to the very top. Can he do that?
