Results: Andre Berto beat Jan Zavec with a 5th round stoppage. Zavec’s face was too beat up and battered to come out for the 6th. It was the right decision and now Berto is looking for a rematch with Vicious Victor Ortiz.

Winners: Nobody called the 5th round win. A few of you did have Andre Berto to win – including our top-man BLT. He creeps up to 115 points, with Marie back up to second place. At the other end it’s looking like extremely gloomy for Stratosfear who again backed the losing fighter. C’mon Stratosfear…nobody goes fac2face with challenges like you do. Next up: This Saturday, 10th September Vitali Klitschko defends his heavyweight title against Tomasz Adamek. Klitschko (and his brother) has ruled the heavyweight division. Vitali has only lost once in 10 years and that was a very controversial defeat to Lennox Lewis. Klitschko has already claimed that Adamek will end up like all the others. Adamek is arguably Poland’s greatest heavyweight boxer. He smashed through the light heavyweight and cruiserweight division and now could be about to get what he’s been longing for. He’ll have hand speed and a granite chin over Klitschko but will it be enough???
