Last weekends double header produced some good old skool bullying. Miguel Cotto returned to his best by knocking Britains Michael Jennings the heck out in the 4th....and afterwards Kelly Pavlick put on a show in front of his hometown peoples by dismantling Rubio in the 9th. Both fights looked like David v Goliath.....but who cares when there's blood and knockouts!!!

No one managed to bag the full 24 points by calling both fights, but big ups to Gardner, Stratosfear, BLT and Minho who were spot on in the Cotto win. The latter three in particular have all flirted ferociously with relegation in the past, especially Minho - whom is exhibiting a whole new focus! It seems he's looking to become the 1st ever trustworthy lawyer to win a South London Rugby Championship AND the biiiigtime boxxxxing championship. Gotta luv it!!

While Minho continues to lead from the top, and Cotto seeks out mosley, paquiao or hatton....this weekend is the big lightweight division decider pitting the divisions best: Juan Marquez v Juan Diaz. Been a longtime coming. Marquez is favourite as he's beaten Barrera, and is the only man to have given Paquiao a good beating (many still think marquez was skanked out of the win). Marquez was even skanked out of a rematch when Paqman jumped out the division. Marquez has been rated 2nd pound4pound for time, and he's still rated 2nd pound4pound behind Paq. He's given a beating to everyone in the division and thats all thats gotta be said. Juan Diaz now - he's a special fighter! He's one of the few fighters lucky enough to have fought in the presence of the great Rudi Lorrai. Yep....saw him (i believe you have too Stratosfear) live in Vegas on the Mayweather-Judah undercard destroying Cotto's little brother. Diaz is in your face for 12 rounds like a true Mexicano. He rightfully held all the belts then somehow lost to Nate Campbell - (biggest upset in boxing) his only deafeat in 34 big fights.
