Saturday night saw the David Haye absolutley maul Monte Barrett. The haymaker made him look like a bum (although he made himslef look like a bum, tripping over the top rope on his entrance!) and dropped hi, in the 5th round. The haymaker is now flapping his gums off about smashing up the Klitsko brothers and unifying the heavyweight division. You gotta luv the colour of his jib!!

A few came close but only BLT, Gardner and the reigning champ - Rudds called the fight correctly. This has made the things look very interesting. BLT has jumped from the battles of relegation to within 2 points of the likes of Enigma. Gardner is on a wave of momentum and seriously needs to be watched. A late charge may see him win the whole thing. The reigning undisputed champ earlier this week prophecised that he'd jump over me - and that he has done. Rudds now sits in 2nd place only 6 points behind leader Crispy. I'm not happy!

The next biiiiig time fight is this saturday. Its the big one from the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada - Ricky Hatton v Paulie Malignaggi. Malignaggi's gums dont stop flapping, and his hands are as fast as his mouth. He lacks a bit of power but he's never been knocked down. He's also Eddie Brocks favourite fighter hmmmm! He has been taunting Hatton for years and now he finally gets his chance. Hatton is the most dangerous body puncher in boxing. People are questioning him after his beating from pound4pound king of kings Floyd Mayweather. Word on the street is that Hatton is back and with Mayweather Snr. as his trainer theres no stopping him. Rudi Lorrai says: Vicky Fatton is finished!! Floyd took away his manhood and all that is left is a northern, oasis singing, sorry looking bum. I'm not hating - I like him. But you gotta speak the truth. Fortunatley for him. Malignaggi is, and has been, batting above his average. Hatton ko's him in the 10th and shuts him up!
